Jackson Hole, Wyoming
February 20th - February 27th, 2005
The difficulty of the terrain at Jackson Hole is legendary and it was the first time there for both of us as well as our travel partners, John and Lynn Thiry. For the most part, we found the stories to be true. There was very little beginner terrain, some really nice intermediate terrain, and mostly expert only terrain. In the week that we were there, we managed to hit a good chunk of what the area had to offer and had a blast. Rasa even managed to get in some para-gliding off the top of Grand Targhee. The conditions were spectacular with a nice dumping of new fallen snow, temperatures in the 30s every day, and blue skies.
