Summit County, Colorado

February 25th - March 3rd, 2006

In 2006, our annual ski trip took us back to Summit County, Colorado. This was the first place outside of Michigan that Rasa and I skied together back before we married and we've been back enough times since where it's almost become a second home.

This year, we traveled with our ski buddies John and Lynn Thiry and also were fortunate enough to have the use of a beautiful condo at Keystone with the blessing of the very generous Dueker family (very old friends of the Thiry family). The condo was located right across the road from Keystone Resort and has all of the amenities we could as for. From there, we used our rental car to get in some fantastic skiing at Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek and Arapahoe Basin.
